Our cookies were created by our Founders Kristoffer and Victor who both went on a ketogenic diet. We were once known as Keto Kookie and though our name and looks have changed, we still are very keto friendly.

Our cookies have only 1g of sugar, which come from our almond and coconut flours. We sweeten this gourmet yumminess with erythritol, a natural sweetener with a scientific name. Erythritol is found in fruits like grapes and pears. We also gathered a few monks to meditate and give us another low glycemic sweetener, monk fruit extract. Together the meditative properties of monk fruit extract and the science of erythritol create a flavor that taste just like sugar without the sugary consequences.

Unlike, wheat flours, our non-GMO nut flours have a tiny amount of net carbs and 6g of protein per serving.

We take our total carbohydrates and subtract our low glycemic sweeteners and fiber. Our chocolate chip cookies have only 3g of net carbs per serving, making them super keto friendly.
