I ordered a tote and I have not received it, there is no place for customer service and no way toknow how ro track it, I hope they read this and send me the tote I paid for.

Wish I could give them -5 stars. Ordered 5 backpacks they charged my CC $275 after 2 months no product and no replies to many emails. No customer service at all. Stay far away from them. I guess the Sharks on Shark tank saw thru them.

Filed a dispute with my credit card and as with my order they wouldn’t reply to credit card company so my dispute was resolved very fast and I got my money back.

The customer service and website both need some work. Lots of delay in responding to customers, and a frustrating lack of all the pieces of a strong website. I’m trying to give them some leeway, as they are a new company, but not getting a response is frustrating, especially when they have the time/keep updating their social media pages with pictures (if you have time to post pictures, you have time to respond to your customers – especially people that have paid already for bags). It actually makes me not want to buy anymore. The totes are currently on backorder, but there is no update on the status of that, and if you are a new customer that is interested, you have to go through the checkout process (so actually buy one), to find out when they anticipate them in stock. It’s such a shame, because it’s a nice product, and a good cause. If they can’t get these delays/or at the very least prompt responses figured out, then I don’t know if they will actually last as a business (which again would be a shame).

I ordered one tote the night they were on the show.I received a very sweet email in the next couple days saying they were over whelmed by the response, and the totes would be shipped as they were produced. I was so happy with mine when I received it in March, just in time for my birthday. I loved it! It was well worth the wait! I used it on a trip and got several compliments on it. I ordered my daughters each one for their birthdays, and when a friends daughter was going overseas, I ordered her one. Yes, they were back ordered, but I lucked out and the friends daughters got here just in time! The girls all love their backpacks, but I still like my limited edition one the best! The company has a conscience to do good things in the world and they sell a great product!

I see that you emailed us requesting a refund Saturday evening April 18th and we refunded your full purchase about 6 hours later. If there were other emails that went unanswered, I can’t apologize enough for that. If you could forward those emails to us, we’d really appreciate your help sorting out what went wrong there.

I’m so sorry to hear you received such delayed responses. I’m unable to look up your particular emails without more info (last name, email address, order #, etc.), but we really pride ourselves in responding to all emails within 24 hours. If your email somehow slipped through the cracks, I really do apologize and hope you’ll give us a second chance.
The delivery date for backpacks has always been visible before completing the purchase, but I understand that the date may not have been obvious enough. We’ve taken your feedback and made the delivery date more visible—it is now posted on every single page within the “SHOP” tab. I hope this makes the backorder more clear.

TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THEY ARE TERRIFIC, BEST BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN I E-MAILED THEM THEY ALWAYS GOT BACK TO ME WITHIN HOURS. I HAD BOUGHT A MEXICO TOTE, BUT HAPPENED TO SEE THE ONE I REALLY LIKED BACK IN STOCK, SO I E-MAILED THEM, AND WITH NO HESITATION THEY SAID “SURE WILL TRADE YOUR TOTE FOR THE ONE YOU LIKED FIRST”(my tote had not been used though). THE TOTES WHEN YOU RECIEVE THEM THEY SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES, WHEN YOU HOLD IT THE FEEL IS SO SOOOO SOFT, HOW ITS MADE YOU CAN TELL THEY HAVE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, YOU CAN TELL THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. YOU CAN NEVER NEVER GO WRONG WITH A TAALUMA TOTE. I KNOWY FIRST TOTE WONT BE MY ONLY TOTE.
