I really wanted to like this company! However, I still have not received an item I ordered on Jan 15th and it’s April 19th now! Sent many emails with no response. When I called, I was told the item was not in stock and there was no estimate for a ship date. So disappointing. Don’t bother, it’s not worth the aggravation :(
Note: I did not order a specialized wedding order or anything personalized, just a regular item they had for sale in their store. This is completely unacceptable.
