I Chirp almost every day now! I sleep better when I Chirp before bed and my back doesn’t kill me if I try to catch that extra half hour in bed. Before Chirp I would get 5-6 hours tops before the backache would wake me up. Very useful product to stretch out those back muscles after a day working in the yard or shingling a roof! I bought the set of 3 and am glad that I did. If I had to chose one it would be the mid sized wheel but if you can afford the set of 3 go for it and get the travel/carry case that comes with the set. I use all 3! So impressed I bought a second set to loan out to people as they need to be introduced to Chirp!
