Organic oat groats are the most intact form of the grain, as it is the whole grain with the husk removed. We take the oat groats and mill it into fresh oat flour small batches at a time.
The freshly milled oat flour is used as the base to each Doatnut. This method allows the preservation of the natural oils in The oats. The end result is a slightly nutty taste similar to browned butter.
