Most folks are well aware that almost anything battered and deep friend is lip-smacking good but, if you’ve ever feasted upon fried green tomatoes, you understand that there’s something incredibly addictive about the tart, firm flesh of the unripened tomato encrusted in crunchy corn meal!
We began serving fried green tomatoes from our food truck several years ago and, not only were they a big hit, we continually received requests for our batter mix and “The Secret Sauce.” So, by popular demand, we are delighted to make them available to you.
