Don’t buy this product. It is thin, poorly sewn, hot, and a hazard. What do I mean by hazard? If there was a fire or other emergency you would struggle to get out of it because it is tight and constricting and has to be peeled off you like a tight sock. And it certainly does not help you sleep better, rather the complete opposite!
What is even worse, if you buy the product and try to return it, Hugsleep will not honor their satisfaction guaranteed refund policy. Look at their website, they have NO customer support number. I returned my product 65 days ago in November 2022, and I STILL haven’t received a refund. I had to open up a credit card dispute, which still hasn’t been resolved. I filed complaints with the BBB and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and Hugsleep lied to them about many things. And other customers have had similar issues.
