Terrible place to do business with! I ordered $525 of their product to light up my house for the holidays, and when I received the 13# box from Lite-Netics I noticed that I was charged $208.64 for UPS Ground shipping from Lubbock TX to Canyon Lake TX. I’ve tried several times to contact them via phone (no live person answers, and their voicemail box won’t accept any more phone messages) and via their website; which, of course, nobody responds to! I am feeling defrauded by these folks that are selling a very over-priced product and then gouging buyers with this extortionate shipping rate! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE WHO IS HONEST!
