As lifelong foodies-turned-vegan, we began a mission to fulfill the Swiss-style holes in our hearts, but nothing on the market could live up to our memories of picnics in the spring and holiday charcuterie spreads.

That’s when we began experimenting in our kitchen, learning from dairy experts, and throwing away everything we knew about vegan cheese in order to craft something new: actual cheese made from plants.
