Terrible, terrible customer service. One month ago Simply Fit sent me a board ( Order #56451 ) with a large knife like cut diagonally across it’s face. Whomever packed it would have immediately seen the damage. I emailed Simply Fit with photos of the board, and the box it was shipped in. There were no cuts in the box. My emails were ignored. Their return policy requires you to spend your money on postage, and then they charge you a restocking fee. Even if I did return it, there is no guarantee that this irresponsible company would ever return any of my money or even admit they received the board back. Don’t waste your money on Simply Fit. There are too many other similar products available from reputable companies.
