   Bought $172.87 worth of autographed cards. Loved this idea. When the tracking said it was delivered, I went to my mailbox. Nothing in there. Emailed the company. They told me to stop emailing them and to contact the usps. Looks like they don’t want to help find my package. They look to be interested only in the money. Very disappointed in this process. Asked for them to call me. They never did.

   ***PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING ON THE PLAYERS TRUNK***

   This website was very deceptive with hidden fees on their online auction site. After winning a bid, I was informed that they charged an additional $100 in deceptive fees that go directly to their website.

   Now, I am fully aware that online auctions have an additional fee, but their final fee was over 25% more than what your final bid was, which is outrageous.

   When I emailed and asked for clarity and informed them of their deception and that their terms were not easily accessible for a buyer, all they told me was “we are sorry that you decided not to fully read our terms and conditions. We will be suspending your account.”

   Thought this would a cool website/mission to support, but I was wrong. PLEASE be aware of the hidden fees they will try and gouge you for. A deal is never as good as it might seem, I suppose.

   Customer service seemed disinterested in hearing me out and handling my concerns. Will never be shopping on their site again!
