BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered a Christmas gift on December 1st. The delivery date was supposed to be December 7th per the tracking information. As of the 16th, I still hadn’t received my order so I reached out to customer service explaining my concern about my order not arriving by Christmas. I received a response stating they would ship a replacement order out right away so I will for sure have my order by Christmas. On December 26th, I reached out as I had not received the replacement order and it is now after Christmas. Magically within a few hours, I received a notification that my “new order” had been received and shipping/tracking info would be available shortly. As of today, December 28th, I STILL have not received my order and according to the tracking, it hasn’t even left the facility (USPS is still awaiting the package from Tough Apparel). This is terrible! Had they been honest when I first reached out on the 16th, I could have purchased an alternate gift elsewhere so my son would at least have something to open on Christmas. This is beyond frustrating and I will never purchase from Tough Apparel again!
