They should have had the logistics figured out before their episode aired. It isn’t like it was recorded one day and aired the next. Really disappointed.

    Like many others I placed an order for capsules, only to be followed a out delayed shipping due to the Shark Tank. Finally, a few weeks later got notice that the product shipped, which only means they created a label. Reached out again to have them tell me that I wouldn’t be able to track the product, to expect it in a few weeks. It still didn’t arrive and I requested an answer as to when the capsules would arrive with no response. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and informed to the company I was doing so…..then they seemed angry me and cancelled the order….funny because it was suppose to be on the ways weeks ago! Totally fraudulent transaction. When they do reach out, they called me Love and Queen, neither relevant to a business transaction!! I was intrigued by this product and hope the Shark in partnership steps in to improve or dissolve this company! Big disappointment!!!

    HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!
    I ordered June 10 and still have not received my capsules. Have contacted them 3-5 times( via chat) , and as someone stated , they greet toy with “Hello Love”, unprofessional, especially under the circumstances, because if we’re contacting them obviously there’s an issue. They literally stall & stall , and use the excuse of ” increased orders from being on Shark Tank ” is the reason if extreme delays and lies. Maek Cuban and Kevin Hart should be made aware that they nay have gotten into into business with some shady hustlers. I will have the capsules tested for authenticity ,if they ever arrive .

    Scam company. Took my money and never shipped Product. Plenty of real legit companies out there. Don’t let the marketing and tv fool you. Been waiting almost a month for my product. Asked for a refund today and was blocked. Filed BBB complaint. Not going to rip me off.

    I had the same problems as the other people reviewing this product. Showed up 5 weeks late, not one time did they communicate with me. The product arrived damaged. They don’t pack the product with any materials so it doesn’t take much for the jars to break. After I sent several messages with photos and asked them to either refund or send replacement product, have heard nothing back. Had to get my credit card company involved as a fraud charge.
    You can get seamoss products at most health food stores so there really isnt any real reason to buy it online from a questionable retailer

    I loved the first jar I received. So I ordered 3 more. It took quite a while to get the product and when I did the jars had exploded and none of it was any good. I contacted the company for replacement and only got a response asking for pictures and saying they would look into it. I have filed a claim with my bank to get the money back due to lack of responsiveness and will have to find another company to purchase from.

    I was hesitant on my purchase. I had read about the health aspects of Sea Moss, but thought it was hype to sale a product. Since using it I have noticed a mental clarity in my every day functions as well as a better digestive tract. The product basically taste like sugarless apple sauce with a nice thick consistency. It took a little while (approx. 3 weeks) to arrive but was worth the wait.

    I’m beyond livid with your organization. Let me start from the being. I placed an order on July 4th and your website anticipated that the order will arrive within 7-14 days. I called on July 7th to get a tracking number and was advised it could take up to 14-24 days. I was upset but understood. On July 25th I was speaking with another person that placed there order on Esty on July 4th and received there package on July 11th I was like really, That’s kind of Fucked up since I ordered directly the company website. So I CALLED TO CANCLE MY ORDER!

    Then I get a email from support advising me of this bullshit. Then I get a text advising my order shipped. At this point my wife advised me to give you the benefit of the doubt, to wait and see what happens. So I did. The package was to arrive on Thursday July 28th . It was delayed and arrived to me on Friday. FRIDAY CAME AND THIS BULL SHIT!!! (PICTURES BELOW) A FUCKING BUSTED JAR IN A BAG!!!! NOW TELL ME IF THAT AINT A BIG FUCK YOU!!!!! So its my turn to move on the chess board. Please refund my account and I’ll take care of the rest. Poorest customer support, management, and owner.

    To the owner pay to have your fucking packages secured. The more you screw people that B with the BBB will turn to an F-.

    Customer Service is everything and YOU FUCKING FAILED even with the BBB complaints and other horror stories.     I absolutely loved this product. I used it everyday in my morning shake or my juicer. I ea difference in my sleep and energy. I have inflammation in my right knee and I walk 6-7 miles on Saturday and the gym four times at week and I have less pain now since I’ve been taking this sea moss!!! Love it and thank you so much

    I heard about this company being on Shark Tank and being a black owned business. I was ordering sea moss from someone but they stopped selling. I ordered the strawberry banana and it was delicious. I suffer from an auto inflammatory disease and it seems to be helping with pain. I purchased the elderberry and it seemed to take forever to arrive. Their communication was excellent. I’m now on my 3rd jar. I hope they improve their shipping time but so far it has been a good experience.

    I love supporting small businesses, but this one I’m a little disappointed I gave my trust to them. Very poor ability to manage orders and shipping. Placed an order , it’s been 10 days and still have not received a tracking number, the order has not been shipped at all. Sent a email to their support team still waiting on a response meanwhile seeing they are very quick to respond to people on tiktok and Instagram praising them or asking questions. They give all their attention to ADVERTISING, which sends a HUGE RED FLAG. I wanted to try this product and support this guy so bad, but now I’m sketched out.

    Side note : I order from 3 small business for holistic supplements such as cbd and other medicinal herbs, they all are able to give me a tracking number within an hour or so of placing an order and I receive an item within a week and a half at most.
    *No excuse for being this messy with managing orders.

    Product is great but processing is SLOW (7-10 days, M-Thur only). And then, you still need to wait for shipping, which is another 2-3 days. The jars are smaller and so, it’s easy to finish it within a week or so. Then, you have to wait half a month again – and the long cycle begins. I guess buy more than one?
    Anyhow, I had to seek other companies because of the slow processing.

    I am so disappointed and so angry. I purchased their big package for Black Friday, today is December 27th and still no email with a shipping tracking. I chatted with a rep a couple of weeks ago and said my order was going to be on its way that it was in production, I think I was just told that so that I would stop contacting them. Had I known it was going to take this long, I would have never ordered from them. The company looked legit and since Kevin Heart invested, I was expecting better follow through. I paid a lot of my hard earned money to have it be taken like that. Im very angry.

It’s been over 6 now and I still have no idea regarding when k will receive my shipment. I’m hoping that the product is amazing otherwise I will not bother with them in the future. A lot needs to improve!

    Ordered 12/23/2022 and told the processing time was 2 weeks at that point. 5 weeks later and still nothing shipped and now they lied and said the processing time was 8 weeks which they are finally now disclosing on their website. 8 weeks for a US based product. Stop accepting orders if you can’t full them!

    This company is terrible. Always running a sale, yet cannot even ship my monthly subscription on time. Out of 4 shipments, I don’t think any of them were on time – from 1 to 3 weeks delay, and on the final order, over 6 weeks and still hadn’t shipped. Customer service gives the same song and dance that my order is in the “final stages” of shipping, and that they are contacting the shipping department to ensure that my order was shipped next. I heard the same thing for over a week and nothing ever happened. Finally cancelled the order and subscription. I was paying over $120.00/month for my subscription. You cannot treat your customers like that and expect them to stay customers for very long. This company needs to make some very big changes or I don’t think it will be around for much longer. Buyer beware.

    I really wanted to like this product, but after waiting about a month to receive my order, back and forth emailing and then for both jars I ordered to go MOLDY within 2-3 weeks was super disappointing. When I contacted them about the mold (pictures included) twice, it took them 2 weeks to even respond and then I got asked a list of follow up questions and haven’t heard from them since I answered. It’s been over 5 weeks now. Terrible customer service. I have never written a bad review for a company before, but I will write everywhere I can about this company. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am convinced that the positive reviews on their website must be fake.

    Ordered $279.96 worth on Jan30, order still not here over 30 days later. They changed the processing time to 8wks bc they can’t keep up with orders???(customer service rep actually said this) Wow. Ridiculous; as if yall aren’t ALREADY disappointing your customers REGULARLY. I’ve contacted them multiple times via chat inquiring, and always get the same reply: “Order time is 8wks, they are working on it, bc of their new popularity and orders, they are behind, they will try to expedite my order, BLAH BLAH BLAH…”

So I am still trying to look over that and try to still see the good in me supporting them only to discover sea moss gel from one of the jars is leaking on the other two jars. I want them to be great but they need to go back to the round table on this one. Miss some orders to get it right.

    The customer service, the shipping, the professionalism all of the above needs to change. This company does not update you on the status of your order. Shipping takes over 2 months or more. When you reach out to get a status, they send a generic email without a real update as to the status of your order. How can you sell a product, that is only good for 1 month and when a customer wants to restock before they run out… you guys take months and months to ship. It is terrible. I joined their group on Facebook and my post kept getting deleted by admin, because I complained about their shipping. Believe me I was not the only one. Don’t waste your money with this company! I I’ve requested a full REFUND AND CANCELED my subscription. I won’t spend another dime with this company….. if you actually want to receive what you pay for…. find another company…. This one is not it!! I am going to make it my business to spread the word about how this company treats its customers.

    I received my order within 10 days and TTF sent emails with updates often. My order was the Pineapple gel which arrived 2nd day after shipping via FedEx. The small jar was well wrapped and slightly cool to the touch, so immediately I refrigerated it. I waited until the next day to taste it and it’s very sweet, but good. The product will give you energy, almost like it has caffeine in it. If this is caffeine, I can’t enjoy it because it has me jittery. It also made my heart race quite a bit. I may skip a day and see what the reaction will be. The agave ingredient is full of Fructose so one must be careful with that. My 1st couple of days has been a teaspoon full, definitely not a tablespoon because I don’t want to be hanging from the ceiling. Also blood pressure readings came in low for te the 1st time this year but after 3 days I cannot say that sea moss is the main reason. We shall see.

    Ugh…I wish I would have read these comments before purchasing. Never got tracking information so I literally had no clue when it was going to arrive. Now it’s a waiting game as they have stopped responding, which by reading other reviews, seems to be the way they operate.
