    I purchased 2 yono clips in early February. I still have not received them. I haven’t had any communication from yono. Product is desirable. Customer service is atrocious.

    I ordered in February as well. I did have great communication with the owners. There was a huge error with manufacturer. The owner Bob went above and beyond with customer service to provide product!!! Thank you!!!

    Like all the other reviews, I ordered in February,,,I received an email after inquiring, that it would be mailed out in March. It is May, and still no product. I emailed 5 times with no response. Horrible customer service.

    I am very upset. Just like everyone else I ordered in early February and now it is May and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed in March and got a response back about the error in manufacturing. In my opinion a good company would send out a mass email to all those that purchased the product to inform them right away instead of waiting for the customers to email them. I then sent another email back in April asking for an update and never received a response back. I have sent another email and hope to actually receive a response this time. Don’t post on your website that orders are delayed 30 days for shipping when there are people that haven’t received their orders for over 90+ days.

    I e-mailed them last week and got a response right away with an e-mail and a phone call. I had ordered mine on March 20th. Bob Mackey said the product would go right out. I received it today. It is not anything like what I ordered. It is cheap, a light pink/peach color with a white cap, no cord and no carabiner clip with it. I am so disappointed in them. I can’t imagine this is what Daymond signed on to. The logo name is a clear peel off label that is coming off already. The product is awful. It looks scratched. I took a picture and e-mailed it back to him. Very disappointed.

    I was incorrect about the cord and carabiner clip missing from my clip. It was in a small envelope that I thought just had the logo and was part of the box. Bob Mackey was very responsive when I e-mailed what I received. He is going to replace my clip with a new one in the right color.

    I REALLY wanted this to be good, but alas I can’t lie. Everything about it is awful. The pink one seemed to have been painted, smelled like it and the peel off logo was just that peeling off. Then the functionality of it was not what I expected. It was very difficult to pull down the click part and the suction was sticky and hard to pull off the white cover cap. SORRY guys this is a NO noyo clip for me *;(

    Same as everyone else. Ordered in February. When asking about my order in March I received something other than what was advertised. Literally a piece of crap. Painted with paint peeling; company name on a cheap sticker that was also peeling; grip to remove from service smaller than pictured and triangular and VERY hard to grab. It looked like a prototype piece of crap. Sent pictures and given refund and promised a new one as soon as they come in. STILL have not received the real product. Very poor customer service. Very sad that Shark Tank is continuing to support this business that is sending crap and not the real pictured, advertised product to their customer.

    I bought 4 Yono Clip never got then I bought in Feb I am having problem with Refund also they at Yono are Scammers I am not joking I need Protest bank bill to get all money back

    Why? Why no response to all of us? Just send a mass email. Tell us what’s going on. If you were transparent instead of shady, we wouldn’t be leaving these reviews. I also ordered in Feb and have asked for a refund multiple times and heard NOTHING back. Disgraceful

    Ordered February. Emailed multiple times. One response early on but since then nothing. No product received and no responses or refund. I guess I simply made a donation to their company. Awful!!!

    No stars.. I too like all other reviews put an order in back in February. Their website says that orders are delayed about 30 days however it is now July and I still do not have the product. I’ve emailed several times and no response. This business almost seems like a scam even though they appeared on Shark Tank. I should have known better when the one message on site says non refundable!
