    I purchased 2 yono clips in early February. I still have not received them. I haven’t had any communication from yono. Product is desirable. Customer service is atrocious.

    I ordered in February as well. I did have great communication with the owners. There was a huge error with manufacturer. The owner Bob went above and beyond with customer service to provide product!!! Thank you!!!

    Like all the other reviews, I ordered in February,,,I received an email after inquiring, that it would be mailed out in March. It is May, and still no product. I emailed 5 times with no response. Horrible customer service.

    I am very upset. Just like everyone else I ordered in early February and now it is May and I have yet to receive my order. I emailed in March and got a response back about the error in manufacturing. In my opinion a good company would send out a mass email to all those that purchased the product to inform them right away instead of waiting for the customers to email them. I then sent another email back in April asking for an update and never received a response back. I have sent another email and hope to actually receive a response this time. Don’t post on your website that orders are delayed 30 days for shipping when there are people that haven’t received their orders for over 90+ days.

    I e-mailed them last week and got a response right away with an e-mail and a phone call. I had ordered mine on March 20th. Bob Mackey said the product would go right out. I received it today. It is not anything like what I ordered. It is cheap, a light pink/peach color with a white cap, no cord and no carabiner clip with it. I am so disappointed in them. I can’t imagine this is what Daymond signed on to. The logo name is a clear peel off label that is coming off already. The product is awful. It looks scratched. I took a picture and e-mailed it back to him. Very disappointed.

    I was incorrect about the cord and carabiner clip missing from my clip. It was in a small envelope that I thought just had the logo and was part of the box. Bob Mackey was very responsive when I e-mailed what I received. He is going to replace my clip with a new one in the right color.

    I REALLY wanted this to be good, but alas I can’t lie. Everything about it is awful. The pink one seemed to have been painted, smelled like it and the peel off logo was just that peeling off. Then the functionality of it was not what I expected. It was very difficult to pull down the click part and the suction was sticky and hard to pull off the white cover cap. SORRY guys this is a NO noyo clip for me *;(

    Same as everyone else. Ordered in February. When asking about my order in March I received something other than what was advertised. Literally a piece of crap. Painted with paint peeling; company name on a cheap sticker that was also peeling; grip to remove from service smaller than pictured and triangular and VERY hard to grab. It looked like a prototype piece of crap. Sent pictures and given refund and promised a new one as soon as they come in. STILL have not received the real product. Very poor customer service. Very sad that Shark Tank is continuing to support this business that is sending crap and not the real pictured, advertised product to their customer.

    Why? Why no response to all of us? Just send a mass email. Tell us what’s going on. If you were transparent instead of shady, we wouldn’t be leaving these reviews. I also ordered in Feb and have asked for a refund multiple times and heard NOTHING back. Disgraceful

    No stars.. I too like all other reviews put an order in back in February. Their website says that orders are delayed about 30 days however it is now July and I still do not have the product. I’ve emailed several times and no response. This business almost seems like a scam even though they appeared on Shark Tank. I should have known better when the one message on site says non refundable!

    I ordered mine on February 9, 2021. The amount was deducted from my account. I have not received my clip either. I am so disappointed in this outcome. I will work to contact the owners but this makes me not want to order any product from Shark Tank online, especially when the website is pretty sparse with very little on it.

    I ordered in April of 2021. Never received my order and no one responded to my emails. I do see a package slip was created in July and still says it is waiting for the product to arrive. I had to call my bank to reverse the charges. So disappointed. Which is why I gave it zero stars.

    I finally got the 2 that we ordered…BUT I have to say I’m VERY disappointed! The release tab is SO small that I had to use a metal letter opener to pry it off the first surface I tested it on. Then when I put the protective cover on it…same thing! I ended up washing the surface to reduce the stickiness but I’m still concerned that with the tiny tab, I may not be able to pull it free…I’m worried where I can use this now. The tab on my 2 are NOT as all the pictures or videos indicate. Again, VERY disappointed and feel this was a wasted purchase.

    I ordered one clip in February 2021 and still haven’t received it a year later. I’ve emailed the company several times and by the time the initial wait period was up I couldn’t dispute it with PayPal. There’s not activity on their Facebook page and no one responds to any emails. I’d say this was a scam.

    Ordered in February 2021, they charged our card for it but we didn’t receive it. I’m not sure how you run a business like this but they took the revenue for an item that wasn’t delivered! Fast forward February 11, 2022 it arrived! We had forgotten what this was or what it does!!! Pretty sure I won’t be buying another one no matter how much I like it due to lack of customer service and how could they not read the reviews that customers didn’t receive their product?

    I ordered mine when the Shark Tank episode aired and just received 2 today. I agree with the comments above regarding extremely long delivery time. Now that I have the product, I agree with M. Dower that if you use the product without washing the stickiness off the suction cup, you need to pry it off of whatever you use it on. After washing it off and wiping as much of the stickiness off with a towel, it seems to be working better now but definitely shouldn’t need to put that much work into using the product. It’s a great concept and sad that it isn’t what I thought it would be.

    Like everyone else I ordered in March 2021 and just received it in February 2022. So the rating is Customer Service 0 and clip 5.

    It appears that – unlike others – I got what I ordered, but they apparently had huge production problems and did not realize how much good will they were losing by not just contacting the customers and being honest. For a couple of guys who really did appear (on Shark Tank) to have their hearts and probably heads in the right place, they did a truly crappy job of customer service.

    Hope they have learned from this disaster, because their product is good.

    WAs excited to order the product until reading the reviews here.
    Didn’t the investment help get the production out f the garage and 3D printer and to an actual manufacturer that could mass produce the item.

    I also watched the Shark Tank episode on 3/13/22. I started googling where I could buy one for my wife this morning (3/14/22). I found this page of reviews and have decided I would not purchase this product. To bad it seems to be a great concept.

    I can’t give a good review. I ordered 2 clips in February of 2021 and still have not received them. At first I had a response (July 2021) from Michael Green that they had manufacturing issues and had a backlog of orders. I followed up every few months, last email to them was late November of 2022. I have NEVER heard back from them since the original correspondence. Very bad customer service
