give the refund – you put the charge in dispute – they
do not even answer the credit card

Unprofessional business. Poor customer service. Ordered and given a delivery date (which was already later than the original estimate). That came and went. After a few months told via email that all deliveries were done and tracking info sent. Not the case. Sent multiple emails asking for info with no response. Had to put in a dispute to get my money back. Don’t charge customers and string them along for months if you can’t fulfill your end of the deal!

FAILURE…NOT PRECHARGED but only found that out at a time it was much needed! Bought the package of 10. Shipping delayed and delayed and delayed. Showed up months later just when I was ready to say ‘forget it, refund my $’ Now, after a huge let down of no juice when needed, find that not a darn one is PREcharged!! Waste of my time and money.

EPIC FAILURE! 2nd time trying to leave
review as the first disappeared when I hit submit. What every “one” else said. AND, I had to find out the hard way that they were NOT precharged. So that left me in a very bad situation. Then, found that NONE of the 10 were precharged. And, they did not recharge. Indicator light showed charge but it lost it OVERNIGHT.

I would like to leave no stars. I ordered a three pack and none of them work. I’ve tried them on phones, iPads iPods, and nothing works. I filled out the customer service form on their website and I get no reply. I’ve emailed the Support email address that they have on their website three times and they do not reply. Such Bad business and horrible customer service and all three defective products. I was just hoping for a replacement, not even my money back, but they don’t even reply to you. Never again.

Update to the review above… I got 2 of the 3 chargers working. So I will add a star or two. Not sure how well they work or if they will last, but at least this is encouraging. Still no reply from customer service emails however as I sent 3 emails. But I’m glad the product might actually be working as my phone lit up this time and started charging. My AirPods charged too. Hopefully it lasts because the concept is good and that’s the reason why I bought it because it looked like a good product.

I received my really late but when I got it , it was not precharged and you cannot charge it. Complete useless. I emailed the great cowboy and no response, so no it it not special and the customer services if awful.

Not even one out of TEN ordered was precharged. Took several MONTHS to even receive them!! Then when I needed one most, it failed! Recharge after 24 hours held less than 15 minutes!! 3 times emailed Company to find out where to mail them back and get a refund of over $80(!!!) and…CRICKETS no where on Google or their website to do a review so here it is… and here I am waving good bye to my nearly-hundred bucks with all of this PURE JUNK taking up space in my house. Hope YOU can sleep at night with my social security money.
