Do not buy! Service is aweful. I order a tag for my dog. Never receive it. Called several times and was told it was in production line. They kept pushing back the date due to shark tank. At 15 days I called for the third time and no result. Requested a refund and to cancel order. 25 days now and nothing. Learned my lesson!
Horrible customer service and quality issues –
I placed my order for 2 tags on 11/22/16. They charged my credit card right away and sent me a vague confirmation email. I didn’t receive any shipping notification. I emailed them three times, tweeted them and attempted to contact them via Facebook. No response at all. Finally, on 12/23/16, I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. Today, 12/29/16, the tags show up. I will call the bank back to cancel the dispute, however, now the quality of the tag is bad. The purple tag has a blue mark in the upper right corner and the silidog stamp on the back is stamped over our phone number. Terrible!

Do NOT buy this product. I ordered in October right after shark tank aired. They charged my credit card for the purchase within a few hours of my order being placed, After going 7 weeks without getting anything other than an email saying shipping was delayed “14-21 days” I emailed, facebook messaged and tweeted them. They ignored everything and went so far as to block me on Twitter. They have also been deleting any comments on facebook of people asking where their orders are, because there is literally no other way to contact them or see bad reviews. I did receive my tag in mid-December (after I had already disputed it with my credit card) and the clasp broke off within a week. So not only is it terrible customer service, but it’s also poorly made. I am reviewing this anywhere I can find in order to spread the word that you should not waste your money on this scam of a company.

When I ordered my SiliDog tag, my credit card was immediately charged, but it took about 2 months to receive my order. I get that they were overwhelmed with response after Shark Tank, so that isn’t such a big deal. What is a big deal, is that the product broke after my dog wore it for about 3 months. When I contacted the company, the response was crickets. Following a bit of research, my experience seems to be similar to many. This failed product and poor response has soured me on any Shark Tank products, especially products backed by Lori Grenier.

Seems to be a pattern. Ordered right after it aired on Shark Tank. Charged the credit card immediately and then received email they were very busy and on back order. 12/8/2016 received an email it had been shipped. 3 weeks later we followed up via email that it had not been received. No response from Sillidog. Another month goes by and still no tags or response from company. Now it is the end of May and still don’t have the tags. I have tried everything to get in touch with the company but they never reply.

Ordered a dog tag back in July and now here we are 2 months later and still have not received it. I tried emailing, Facebook messaging, and calling them SEVERAL times each but have yet to get a response!!!!! Finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. After doing some online research I’m seeing that is the normal for this company. Only emails I get from them are spam trying to get me to make another purchase at least 5 times a week when I never received my original purchase. My wife and I purchase products that are on Shark Tank quite frequently and this is our 1st experience dealing with a scam company that made the show.
