Negative Creep –
Their products taste amazing, but their customer service is HORRIBLE. They misrepresent the quantity of portions per packet and they changed their “free shipping with minimum spend” policy without notifying their customers. My multiple inquiries were completely ignored, and when I took to Facebook for answers I was met with defensiveness and then blocked. Unbelievably unprofessional. I’ll spend my hard-earned money with Adagio Tea instead where I can find reasonable Snarky Tea dupes, better overall value, and a far superior customer experience.

I wrote twice to ask them why the decaf peach tea has no peaches in it and what gives it a peach flavor then. The one with caffeine has it but not the decaf. I was totally ignored both times and never answered.

I would like to know why so secretive about the full ingredient list and what kind of sweetener is used. Very deceptive!

The tea from this company is actually pretty good, but the customer service is abysmal and no tea is worth deal with them. We’ve ordered from them two times. 1st order went off without a hitch. Second one had an issue with the delivery. The postal service is saying it was sent with an incomplete address. As soon as we realized their was a issue we reached out to Snarky only to have them try to push it off on us to deal with. The postal service has returned the package to them and they still have not refunded our money or even responded to the Paypal case. When we posted comments about them on Social Media they immediately blocked us. Clearly they’ve have these complaints before. Not at all worth the hassle.
