Wish I could speak to the effectiveness of the products but I never received my order. Purchased the Naked on the Go Skincare Set with expedited shipping on 22 June 2022. It has been over 6 weeks and my order is showing as confirmed still. I have attempted to contact the company via email, since this seems to be the only way to reach them. Sadly, I never received a response to my emails. Tania Speaks is quick to process your payment but has horrible customer service. I am currently working with PayPal to get my money back. I suggest that you do not order from this company.

How can Mark Cuban back a company that takes your money two months in advance and not respond any requests for updates or refunds.

As many people experienced, customer service doesn’t exist, in my opinion. When I wrote to them couple of e-mails, I didn’t receive any response at all and there was no way to communicate with the company, which was very unprofessional. After I received the eyebrow gel finally, I was quite shocked to see the ingredients; aloe vera, vitamin D and water in a tiny container. Nothing special for this price. However, I used it as instructed patiently, but nothing happened. My eyebrows still the same without any hair growth… I would say it would be better off if I bought a good quality Vitamin E oil myself, instead of spending money for this expensive product. Although I was impressed by the presentation on Shark Tank, I must say a company has a long way to go.

This company is the worst. I placed an order on February 11th 2024 and read that their processing time was 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later, after not receiving my order nor any communication as to why it would be late, I sent an e-mail asking for a status and stating that if the product was not going to be sent by the end of February, I no longer wanted it. No response. On March 26th, they sent me an e-mail saying the product has been sent. I no longer want it because I don’t believe in doing business with a company with such unforgiveable customer service.
